What is ID-LIME?
Lime is the most common binder used by mankind throughout history. But do you really know it?
Binders (lime, gypsum or cement) are capable of binding the aggregate grains together into a coherent mass (mortar), thanks to their cohesive properties. This function is achieved by the effect of chemical transformations that give rise to new compounds and depend on the nature of the binder (aerial or hydraulic).
